Schedule and Attendance Policy - updated 10/07/2020
I. Tardiness
All virtual clients should log into their DocsInk account as soon they are able to do so, to make sure they are able to get in. I also ask all virtual clients to log into their account AGAIN at least 15 minutes prior to their appointment time. This allows time for any technical or human error issues that may arise to be fixed before the session is scheduled to start. Failure to do so may cause a delay in the session.
There is a 10 minute window after the appointment time that the LC will wait. After this 10 minute window, we lose too much valuable time to discuss and effectively work with you regarding your breastfeeding concerns. Time will not be added to your session at the end. You will lose up to 10 minutes of your session time if you are late.
II. No Shows
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment or do not show at all, this will be considered a "no show." There will be a $25 fee for any rescheduling of these appointments.
III. Rescheduling
To reschedule an appointment time, you must give at least 24 hours notice to do so. Attempts to reschedule with less than 24 hour notice are not guaranteed to be rescheduled and will not be refunded. A $25 fee is required to reschedule without 24hrs notice. This applies to all session types.
IV. Cancellation
Refunds are not given if appointment is cancelled, however the appointment can be rescheduled if given at least 24 hours notice. This applies to all session types.
V. Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any support packages, classes, products, or services.
