What you don't realize before baby is
Breastfeeding and motherhood is a WHOLE LOT
MORE complicated than you thought it would be.
You have questions.
You post in a moms group, and you get advice that is all over the place.
You get answers that don't help your situation.
(And sometimes get some pretty negative responses.)
You search on Google, Pinterest, read books- everything- looking for the answers to your questions and concerns.

You search on Google, Pinterest, read books- everything- looking for the answers to your questions and concerns.
All that searching is overwhelming,
and you're often still not sure what to do.
When you don't have reliable support, you're less likely to meet your goals.
There is so much to know, and so many changes that happen during your breastfeeding journey.
You deserve an expert on your side to guide you through it, give you the tools you need to keep going strong, and support you every step of the way.

Here are just a few ways I can support your journey:
Preventing Common ProblemsStatistics prove most breastfeeding problems happen because moms overthink!! They end up doing more than necessary, which unfortunately creates situations that lead to early weaning. (Self created oversupply is just one example.) With me on your side, we will do everything we can to establish your Successful Breastfeeding Journey.

Fully Understanding Your BabyThe #1 reason women give up on breastfeeding is because they BELIEVE they aren't making enough milk. This belief comes from mom not understanding her baby's cues. Babies are excellent communicators, and I will help you interpret your baby's language so you and your baby are on the same page, and you'll know what they need!

Going Back to WorkDid you know that 80% of breastfeeding mothers will wean within weeks of going back to work? Going back to work is hard, there is alot to know and navigate. Thankfully, continuing breastfeeding doesn't have to be. You'll support and advice you need to be successful through your working and breastfeeding journey.
